Registration Fees
The family reunion committee has worked very hard to plan a fantastic weekend with the focus on unity, family fun and keeping the reunion going. Every effort was made to keep the registration fees as affordable as possible while maintaining a quality event. Your advance payment is appreciated as we will NOT collect any money at the reunion.
The registration fee covers all scheduled reunion events in Miami.
The 2025 reunion registration fees include:
- One scheduled reunion event in Miami
- Dinner buffet
- Swag bag, which is filled with cruise-related goodies
- Meeting/banquet room and any amenities as needed
- Transportation cost to/from the Port of Miami
- Administrative costs
- Prizes for scheduled games
- Celebration-related costs (decorations, etc.)
As usual, the t-shirts fee will be presented at a later date as part of a separate transaction.
The reunion website offers a convenient way to pay your registration fees. See the Make Payment page. Payment is also accepted via PayPal, Zelle and CashApp. Our treasurer will ensure accurate records of payments are kept and monthly reports are maintained to show correct balances.
All reunion registration fees must be paid in full by April 30, 2025. Final payments to all the vendors/venues must be made very shortly thereafter. No payments will be accepted in Miami.
Cancellations: The registration fee is refundable up to April 30, 2025. There will be NO refunds after April 30, 2025 because final paymentS will have already been paid to vendors.
