2019 Johnson Family Reunion Registration Fees
 
The family reunion committee has worked very hard to plan a fantastic weekend with the focus on 30 years of keeping the reunion going, unity and family fun. Every effort was made to keep the registration fees as affordable as possible while maintaining a quality event.

Your advance payment is appreciated as we do not want to be scrambling around at the reunion trying to collect money and get headcounts. To qualify for group rates, any planning committee must know, in advance, how many are planning to attending the family reunion. None of us can predict the future, but we can still make plans. Please register as early as possible.

The registration fee deadline was very successful for the planning of the last reunion. All final payments and headcounts were accurate and made on time.

The registration fee covers all scheduled reunion events over the full 3-day period.

 
The 2019 reunion registration fees include:

Admission into FOUR scheduled reunion events
THREE scheduled buffet meals
Meeting/banquet room amenities
Transportation cost to/from the Family Fun Day event (Audubon Zoo or if rain, Aquarium)
Administrative costs (A/V equip rental, banking costs, photographer fee, etc.)
Prizes for scheduled games
Celebration-related costs (cake, decorations, etc.)
Awards/certificates
 
**Please note: The prizes for the reunion trivia games are not a part of the registration fee. The trivia game is run independently.
 
The t-shirt fee will be presented at a later date.
 
The reunion website offers a convenient way to pay over a 7-month period. Payment will also be accepted via PayPal and Zelle. Our treasurer will ensure accurate records of payments are kept and monthly reports are maintained to show correct balances.
All reunion registration fees must be paid in full by April 30, 2019. Final payments to all the vendors/venues must be made very shortly thereafter. No payments will be accepted in New Orleans.
 
Cancellations: The registration fee is refundable up to April 30, 2019. There will be NO refunds after April 30, 2019 because final payment will have been paid to vendors.
The registration fee is in place in order for us to efficiently and effectively plan and prepare for your arrival and the outstanding weekend that we have in store for you. We appreciate your support.
 
THESE FEES ARE PER PERSON AND ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL ALL HEADCOUNTS ARE CONFIRMED AND CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED. THE FEE COVERS THE FULL 3-DAY REUNION.
2019 Reunion Registration Fee: Adults and teens 13 yrs. and up  $199.05
Includes: private bus tour; dinner buffet and program at Dave & Buster’s; one private breakfast; Audubon Zoo admission and transportation and banquet meal and program.
2019 Reunion Registration Fee: Child (3-12 yrs.)  $163.30
Includes: private bus tour; dinner buffet and program at Dave & Buster’s; one private breakfast; Audubon Zoo admission and transportation and banquet meal and program.
**Note: Children 2 and under are free.
